مجموعة: السجاد المعقود يدويًا

A hand-knotted rug is made one knot at a time on a vertical loom — a 9×12 can hold well over a million knots and take months to weave. Because each knot is tied and cut by hand, the pile is dense, the design is crisp on both faces, and the rug can be repaired and re-washed for generations. This is the construction behind every true Persian and Turkish rug and the finest pieces in our gallery.

Our hand-knotted collection covers traditional Oushak, Herati,  Heriz and Serapi designs, transitional pieces with softened palettes, and contemporary abstracts, mostly in hand-spun wool with wool-silk and pure silk highlights. Sizes run from scatter rugs to 12' x 18', and custom sizes are made to order on our own looms.

The rugs online are a fraction of what is on the floor. Visit the showroom at 239 Ogden Ave in Downers Grove, or ask about an in-home trial anywhere in Chicagoland.
