For rug cleaning and repair, we come to you: we schedule a pickup, move the furniture, roll up the rug, hand-wash or repair it in our own facility, and return it in 10 to 14 days — re-laying it exactly where it was. For buying, we bring a selection of rugs to your home so you can see them in your light before deciding, at no charge. Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome during our regular hours. If you're planning a larger project or want to review multiple custom options, you can contact us to schedule a dedicated consultation.
Can you help me decide between an in-stock rug and a custom rug?
Yes. Many clients start with in-stock options and only go custom if the size, color, or design they need isn't available. We'll talk through cost, lead time, and how you use the room to help you pick the best path.
What rug repairs and alterations can you do?
We offer deep cleaning, stain treatment, fringe repair or replacement, securing edges, resizing and cutting with new binding or serging, and re-weaving damaged sections on many handmade rugs. Bring your rug in (or send photos) and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you pick up rugs for cleaning in the suburbs?
Yes — pickup and delivery are available throughout our 50-mile service area, including all the towns on this page. We move the furniture, take the rug, and re-lay it on return. Call us and we'll confirm timing for your address.
How far will you travel for an in-home rug trial?
Anywhere within roughly 50 miles of Downers Grove. If you're on the edge of that range, call us — we're flexible for the right project.
Do you serve Chicago itself?
Yes — we regularly deliver, pick up and install in the city, from downtown to the neighborhoods. City parking and building logistics are ours to handle, not yours.
