West Chicago is about 25 minutes from our showroom at 239 Ogden Ave in Downers Grove — I-88 west, then Route 59 north — and Winfield is closer still, straight up Winfield Road. We regularly work with homeowners from both towns, including completed projects in Winfield homes, and both know us the same way: a family-owned direct manufacturer, not a reseller.

Cleaning and repair, with pickup

We pick up rugs from West Chicago and Winfield on request, hand-wash them in our own facility — never by machine — handle any repairs, and return them in 10 to 14 days. We also serve neighboring Wheaton and Batavia.
