Shipping & Return
SHIPPING:
It normally takes 1-10 days to ship most of the items. If you have concerns about delivery window please contact us before purchasing.
Most rugs ship through DHL or FedEx International Priority, once shipped it normally takes 4-7 business days to deliver.
Sometimes shipment gets delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, it could be problem with service provider, natural disaster or something we are not aware of.
FREE SHIPPING COUNTRIES:
United States of America free shipping and return accepted, return cost is customers responsibility.
Canada free shipping and return accepted, customer is required to ship to US address, custom duty is customer responsibility, customer may be responsible to pay some additional handling charges based on the size of the rug, please refer to the handling price table for handling charges.
Please remember you may not required to pay any handling charges but in some case we may ask if the customer location is remote or shipping charges are too expensive and we may ask you for additional charges.

Custom & Duty:
International buyers are responsible for their duty and taxes. In majority cases you do not have to worry about it and shipments gets cleared without any custom duty or taxes.
RETURN:
You can return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery. Item must be returned unused in original condition.
Please understand that, return is customers responsibility, we can guide if you need help to return but it is not our responsibility.
We carefully inspect and manufacture our rug using better quality material so rest assured your are always going to receive quality product.
In case, if you have received damaged product please inform us immediately within 2 days, we need picture proof to confirm the damage and provide those details to the shipping company for claim file.
Please do not throw the packaging material in case you have received damage item, we use the details from you to file damage claim.
To avoid any return or issues after delivery, please contact us with any questions you have before purchasing, like color, look, style, material anytihng...
Its handmade rug and no two rugs will be exactly same there may be some variation which is expected in any handmade rug either you buy from us or any where.
We may charge you restocking fees up to 35% if the product doesn’t follow the proper return instruction.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
