Local Delivery — Chicagoland

Within roughly 50 miles of our Downers Grove showroom, delivery is handled by our own team: we deliver the rug, move furniture as needed, and place it exactly where it belongs. Call (630) 324-6567 to arrange delivery and we'll confirm timing and details for your address.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship rugs throughout the United States. Shipping cost depends on rug size and destination and is calculated at checkout or quoted by phone. Most in-stock rugs ship within 3–5 business days of ordering; transit time varies by carrier and destination, and we'll share tracking as soon as your rug is on its way. Custom rugs ship after production is complete (typically 3–15 weeks — we'll give you a realistic timeline before you order).

Pickup

You're always welcome to pick up your rug at the showroom: 239 Ogden Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515, Mon–Sat 10–6, Sun 12–5.

Rug Cleaning & Repair Pickup

For cleaning and repair, we offer pickup and return delivery across our service area — call us and we'll schedule it, including moving furniture and re-laying the rug on return.
