Handmade Rugs for Geneva Homes
Geneva is about 35 minutes from our showroom at 239 Ogden Ave in Downers Grove — I-88 west to Farnsworth, then Route 38 into town. A town that shops Third Street and keeps its historic homes beautiful understands what we make: fine handmade rugs from a family-owned direct manufacturer, chosen piece by piece.
Rugs worthy of Geneva's historic homes
Hand-knotted Oushak, Serapi and Persian designs — wool pile, softened antique-washed palettes, colors that deepen with age — suit the Victorians and vintage homes near the river. For newer builds, transitional pieces bridge old character and new furnishings. Most designs can be re-colored or re-sized through our custom rug service, because we make them ourselves.
Restoring inherited and antique rugs
Rugs passed down through families are restored the way they were made: reweaving worn areas, rebuilding fringe and edges, correcting moth damage — all by hand, in our own facility. See our repair and restoration service.
White-glove trials across the Fox Valley
We bring selections to Geneva homes so you can see each rug in your own rooms, in your own light — no charge, no obligation. Call (630) 324-6567 to arrange it.
Cleaning, with pickup from Geneva
We pick up rugs from Geneva on request, hand-wash them in our own facility — never by machine — and return them in 10 to 14 days. We also serve neighboring St. Charles and Batavia.
