Lo que nuestros clientes dicen de nosotros

Needed a rug cleaned after a pet accident, and Cassim Rug Gallery did an excellent job. Parviz arranged pickup, and the whole process was smooth. The rug came back looking fresh, beautifully cleaned, and completely deodorized. Great service from a team that really cares!

Parviz is great! I needed a rug cut/rebound from 10x14 to 9x14 and it looks perfect. He is extremely knowledgeable and connected in the carpet industry. The selection of rugs there is expansive and he offered to make what we needed. Instead I found one (of lesser quality but husband liked it) at a chain retailer and had it cut to my custom size. I love supporting small, family businesses, and got to meet the entire family there multiple times. Good people to do business with!

I had an amazing experience at Cassim Rug Gallery! Parviz and his team drove nearly 120 miles to our home in Michigan to help us find the right rug. They brought a few gorgeous options and gave us plenty of time to see what we liked best. We ended up with a stunning Serapi 9X12 fine wool rug that looks incredible in our room. The service was so thoughtful and personalized, it was way beyond what we could have expected. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Parviz, the owner of Cassim Rug Gallery. He not only gave me such an education about rugs, but he went above and beyond my expectation when installing the two rugs that I purchased. He even helped us move furniture in order to relocate an existing rug that we had not bought from him. He did this happily and made it clear how much he enjoys helping people. Do not hesitate to visit Cassim Rug Gallery!

A Rug Store for Chicagoland, Made by the People Who Make the Rugs

Cassim Rug Gallery is a family-owned rug store in Downers Grove, Illinois. We are a direct manufacturer: many of the rugs on our showroom floor were made on our own looms, which means manufacturer pricing, true custom sizes and colors, and repairs done the same way the rug was made.

Our showroom at 239 Ogden Ave holds thousands of handmade rugs that never make it to the website — Persian and Oushak, Heriz and Serapi, transitional and modern, in wool, wool-and-silk, silk and alpaca. Come see them in person, or we will bring a selection to your home.

We serve homeowners and interior designers across the western suburbs and the city, including Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Naperville, Elmhurst, Clarendon Hills, Burr Ridge, Western Springs, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, La Grange, Lombard, Westmont, Darien, Lisle, Villa Park, Willowbrook, Bolingbrook, Batavia, St. Charles and Chicago. In-home trials, pickup and delivery are available throughout Chicagoland — see all our areas we serve.

What You'll Find at Cassim Rug Gallery

Fine Hand-Knotted Rugs

Modern & Transitional Rugs

Soft palettes, abstract and geometric designs, solids and ombres — handmade for contemporary homes and open-plan spaces. Most designs can be re-colored or re-sized because we make them. See modern rugs
