Yes. Many clients start with in-stock options and only go custom if the size, color, or design they need isn't available. We'll talk through cost, lead time, and how you use the room to help you pick the best path.
What rug repairs and alterations can you do?
We offer deep cleaning, stain treatment, fringe repair or replacement, securing edges, resizing and cutting with new binding or serging, and re-weaving damaged sections on many handmade rugs. Bring your rug in (or send photos) and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you pick up rugs for cleaning in the suburbs?
Yes — pickup and delivery are available throughout our 50-mile service area, including all the towns on this page. We move the furniture, take the rug, and re-lay it on return. Call us and we'll confirm timing for your address.
How far will you travel for an in-home rug trial?
