Vacuum regularly without the beater bar. Blot spills right away with a clean white cloth — no harsh chemicals. Some shedding is normal for a handmade rug and settles with time. Don't pull loose threads; trim them with scissors. When it needs a real wash, we hand-wash rugs in our own facility — pickup and delivery available across Chicagoland.
